Prolock expands its horizons

In 2022, the first container filled with Prolock Sigma sheet piling was sent to America. Months later, the first project in Florida has been realized by Landshore Enterprises.

For this project Landshore Enterprises used Prolock Sigma in combination with cylindrically milled wooden piles. To top it off the sheet piling was finished with the Prolock Sigma capping plate.

Prolock is a hybrid system and combines a short recycled vinyl screen with longer wooden piles. The screens retain the soil while the piles provide strength to the entire structure. The lightweight sheet piles use a unique interlocking method, which means that they can be easily slid into each other from the top. Installing Prolock is therefore easy and quick.
