Profextru Production B.V. processes your personal data for our (financial) administration and/or CRM system. We adhere to privacy legislation. In this privacy statement we explain what we do with your data and what your rights and obligations are.

The processing of personal data is necessary for the execution of the sales agreement between you and Profextru B.V.

The processing of personal data is necessary to comply with the legal obligation imposed on Profextru B.V. has to keep good (financial) administration.

Provision of personal data:
As a customer, you are obliged to provide the following personal data to Profextru Productie B.V.: Name and address details.

Categories of personal data:
In addition to the mandatory data, additional data can be processed in the systems mentioned, including name and address data of multiple contact persons or departments of your company and personal data of the Data Protection Officer (FG) at your company.

What data do we collect and why?
We only collect the information you provide to us. We use this information to follow up on the forms you have completed, such as: contact form, strength calculation, brochure, leaflet, LCA report, Fair tickets, installation manual, technical specifications, etc.

Confidentiality:
Employees at Profextru Productie B.V. have a strict obligation of confidentiality with regard to all information that is intentionally or unintentionally obtained or accessible to your company. This confidentiality also applies to our suppliers.

Equipment:
Employees at Profextru B.V. have access to equipment (both fixed workstations and laptops) with which your personal data can be accessed at the office location or remotely. Profextru B.V. uses a secure network.

Recipients of personal data:
Profextru B.V. will not provide your personal data to third parties.

Printing personal data:
Any printout on which your personal data is visible will not be kept and will be destroyed immediately after use.

Retention period of personal data:
Your personal data will be processed by Profextru B.V. are kept for a maximum of 7 years after termination of the agreement.

Rights as a customer:
You have the right to submit a request to us for access, correction and/or deletion of the personal data that we process about you. You also have the right to request us to limit the processing of your personal data and to object to the processing of your personal data.

As a customer you also have the right to Profextru B.V. to request the personal data that you provide to Profextru B.V. provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form, so that you can provide these personal data to another controller if desired.
