1.3 kilometres of environmentally friendly bank protection

At the instructions of the municipality of Steenbergen (the Netherlands),  first Nebest B.V. did the technical preparation for the “revetment replacement of the Havenweg in Dinteloord” project. Next Aannemingsbedrijf Van der Lee, a contracting firm from Bruchem statred with the construction.

The project comprised replacing approx. 1.3 kilometres of bank protection at the marina of Dinteloord. The existing wooden revetment was replaced by a Prolock Omega plastic sheetpile wall with steel tubular piles. It was all finished with matching plastic waling and an azobé wale.
